libdbd-sqlite2-perl software package provides Perl DBI driver with a self-contained RDBMS (SQLite2 version), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-sqlite2-perl
libdbd-sqlite2-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-sqlite2-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-sqlite2-perl *
You will get with libdbd-sqlite2-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
